Consultation Meeting

Wedding packages all begin with an in-person consultation meeting. We will get to know each other a little bit, you can tell me what you are planning for your wedding, and all that other good stuff. We will also go over how this process works and talk through the contract. A nonrefundable, $200 down payment is due at this time.

Engagement Session

We will gather for a fun hour to capture images of you two that will show the world how much you love one another. Our time together will further help me to get to know you and for you to gain comfort with me. The best images are the ones where you feel comfortable and at ease with the person behind the camera.

Details Meeting

I want to require as little input as possible from you on the wedding day to allow you to focus on the people there and what really matters. To do that and still get you the shots that you want, I need to put together a schedule and plan.

A few weeks before the wedding, when the plan for the big day is mostly settled, we will get together in person to talk about details. We will discuss the schedule of the day and the moments that you absolutely need to be captured. I will then put this plan into a document that I will submit to you or your wedding planner for confirmation the week prior.

The Wedding Day

On the day of the wedding, I will be a part of your team. Throughout the course of the day, I will be following the schedule we made and trying to let you just enjoy the day. During the couples session and family session I will take charge to coordinate the shots that we planned ahead of time. I am also flexible and will roll with the punches, because not everything always goes according to plan.

Above all, my primary goal will be to make the day as smooth as possible while documenting the story, so you can tell it to others for years to come.

The Results

You will receive a link to an online digital gallery of the professionally-edited images within 3 months. With it there will be a download PIN and print release, so that you can download all the images and print them wherever you want. Please feel free to share these images with your friends and family. I will host the images online for 2 weeks to allow you the opportunity to download them.
